We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join the Emergency Department team at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, providing comprehensive and confidential support to the General Manager and Clinical Service Manager. This permanent, part-time role (29.6 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours) involves ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the department's administration, supporting the wider management team's work and priorities.

Requirements:

  • HND or equivalent in business administration
  • Significant PA experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage demanding timescales

Additional Information:

The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday, with hours to be agreed. Salary is pro rata for part-time hours.
