The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, relevant qualifications and experience of working in a care setting or with healthcare, community or voluntary sector. We will provide training and support to undertake the role. You should be passionate about empowering their patients to achieve their goals.
You should possess a formal qualification at HNC Level or equivalent level of experience in a health / education / social care environment plus short specialist courses relevant to specific clinical area.
Experience and confidence using electronic systems eg Micrososft Word. Evidence of competencies and skills required to deliver this post is essential e.g. excellent time management, great interpersonal/communication skills, organisational skills, self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team., Please note, for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
