Responsibilities

This post provides a crucial focal point for all communication to and from the Child and Family Team and involves interaction with patients, relatives, parents, carers, GPs, and other allied health care professionals.

This post can also provide support to medical records/clerical services, including administration, and accurately proceeding in line with the Patient Access Policy.

This post will provide administrative support for the health visitors and school nursing team and will, on occasion, require the successful candidate to attend school visits to support the immunisation programme.
