Reporting directly to the CEO, the Financial Controller is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for financial governance, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management across the business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strengthening systems and controls, improving operational efficiency, and delivering robust financial insight to support strategic decision making in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls.
- Deliver timely monthly management accounts and statutory financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial modelling.
- Manage year end audit and ensure full regulatory compliance (VAT, PAYE, payroll, statutory returns).
