What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent people and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Some hands-on construction experience in residential house building.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen learner to obtain good job knowledge through continual professional development.
  • Strong interest in house building, learning industry improvements, building standards and safety.
  • A construction-related qualification or experience is advantageous but not required.
  • IT literate and able to learn new software packages.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a “Can do” attitude.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
