Role: Trainee Building Inspector
Salary: £27,900 + Up to 6% performance bonus
Working location: Field Based, Downpatrick, Newcastle & surrounding areas. Co Down, Northern Ireland.

NHBC Building Safety Regulator Framework
NHBC has a dedicated professional team to support staff who require registration with the Building Safety Regulator as a “Registered Building Inspector.” This includes training and development to undertake third-party accredited assessment schemes. NHBC provides funding for completion of the assessment schemes and registration with the Building Safety Regulator.
