NHBC is on a mission to raise standards in house building — and we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Assessor to help drive real improvements in how we support homeowners. You’ll be reviewing claims cases and calls, spotting trends, and working closely with colleagues to raise quality across the Claims team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing live and historic claims cases and calls to assess quality and consistency
  • Giving direct feedback and coaching to colleagues to help them continuously improve
  • Working on QA projects and sharing insights with the wider team
  • Collaborating with Trainers and Team Leaders to identify and address skill gaps
  • Tracking and logging quality reviews in our QA system
  • Supporting training delivery and helping new joiners with onboarding QA checks

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in claims handling, complaints, or quality assurance
  • Great communicator – someone who’s confident giving feedback and coaching others
  • Detail-driven with strong organisation skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Comfortable using Excel and working with data to spot patterns or issues
  • Someone who’s adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering top-tier service
  • Bonus if you’ve used QA tools or systems before
