The Role
This is a hands-on position with real influence. You’ll own monthly management reporting, forecasting, and cash flow, working closely with senior leadership to deliver clear, actionable financial insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis
- Prepare board-ready financial packs (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs)
- Maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
- Support budgeting and scenario planning
- Improve credit control and working capital performance
- Prepare VAT returns and support year-end audit processes
- Strengthen financial controls and improve finance processes
About You
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience producing management accounts
- Strong cash flow forecasting and financial modelling skills
- Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders
- Experience of working within the recruitment sector would be advantageous
