- Own UK & US financial operations and drive a fast, accurate month‑end close
- Produce insightful analysis and commentary for management and board reporting
- Streamline purchasing, invoicing, payments, and expenses to keep teams moving
- Support VAT, audits, payroll, cash management, FX, and year‑end processes
- Generate data for R&D tax credits and research grant claims
- Help migrate to a scalable ERP and bring finance capability in‑house
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic start‑up or scale‑up environment
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong hands‑on accounting operations and reporting capability
