NHB Recruitment are partnering with a leading international FMCG manufacturer to appoint a Financial Controller for its flagship Dartford manufacturing site.
This is a high-profile finance leadership position that combines responsibility for their manufacturing facilities with a broader European Operations Controller remit.
This is far more than a traditional factory finance role.
You'll be a key member of both the site leadership team and the UK finance leadership team, reporting directly to the UK Finance Director and working closely with senior operational leaders across Europe.
Approximately 70% of your focus will be leading finance for the Dartford manufacturing site, with the remaining 30% supporting wider European manufacturing operations through investment analysis, business cases, capital projects and operational performance improvement.
