NHB Recruitment are working alongside this listed construction company in their search for a Group Finance Manager. We are seeking a newly qualified accountant to join the Group Finance team in a broad, high-impact role combining group reporting, statutory accounts, and finance systems.

Working closely with the Group Treasurer, you’ll support the half-year and year-end reporting cycles, while also playing a key role in improving how finance systems and data are used across the group.

The Role
  • Support and progressively take ownership of group consolidation (half-year and year-end)
  • Prepare and coordinate a portfolio of statutory accounts
  • Assist with group reporting in a listed, audit-driven environment
  • Work with divisional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Support and help develop the use of the COINS ERP system across finance
  • Contribute to improvements in data quality, processes, and reporting consistency
About You
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Top 20 audit (ideally with some industry exposure)
  • Interest in finance systems, data, and process improvement
  • Good understanding of group reporting and statutory accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
