Field Service Engineer Salary £40k – £50k Location: Cambridgeshire nGenium’s client an exciting manufacturer of leading chemistry equipment is in an exciting period of growth. Through expansion, they are looking for a skilled field service engineer with extensive experience perfoming installations, service, maintenance and repair of biotechnology and scientific instruments in the Cambridgeshire area. You will receive in depth training on their instruments and benefit from clear progressions routes. This role is split between onsite and field based allowing the opportunity to work within a team and independantly. In this Field Service Engineer position, you will be responsible for: The installation, and commissioning of high-tech chemistry equipment. Performing maintenance, service and repair to OEM training guidelines. Building relationships with clients delivering excellent customer service and advising them on their equipment. Providing technical support via phone calls and email. Site based with travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
