Field Service Engineer Package: £35k – £45k + Vehicle + credit card + Phone & laptop Location: Midlands nGenium have partnered with a global leading manufacturer of Pharmaceutical technologies providing cutting edge instruments to laboratories across the UK and internationally. This client has an exciting opportunity to join their team providing support on their full range of testing and analysis equipment. Along with a great working culture and friendly atmosphere, you will be joining a great team of likeminded individuals combining work ethic with an enjoyable work life. In this Field Service role you can expect: In house Manufacturer training. Performing Service, preventative maintenance and PQ, OQ. Troubleshooting, fault finding and repairing complex laboratory technologies. Providing remote support to customers and delivering excellent customer service. Suitable candidate for this role would need. Strong Educational background in science or engineering. Experience working in the laboratories as technician or engineer. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining analytical laboratory instruments. Experience working in Pharma labs and with dissolution (desirable). GLP and GMP experience.
