Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, Birmingham
We’re hiring a Recruitment Apprentice to join nGenium in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
This is a genuine route into a career in recruitment, not an apprenticeship where you sit on the sidelines.
We have a strong track record of developing apprentices into successful Recruitment Consultants, including some of our top billers.

Once trained, you’ll work in specialist US recruitment markets where placements are high value, giving you the opportunity to start billing quickly and earn strong commission.
What matters most to us?
We want someone who genuinely wants to learn, build a career in recruitment, work as part of a team and do things properly.
You do not need recruitment experience, but you do need the right attitude.
We invest a lot of time in one to one training, so we’re looking for someone who is coachable, consistent and does not cut corners.
You must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham city centre, ideally within around 30 minutes.
