A Field Service Engineer / Field Support Technician who can fault-find hardware and software applications and break-fix hardware devices, with excellent client-facing skills is required for a well-established company that delivers and supports a wide range of technical services and hardware for the Retail and Hospitality Industry.

Locations: North East, North West, Central, South East. Additional EPoS installation training will be provided.

Essential requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to client sites daily.
  • Candidates must possess a technical mindset, a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting, and experience or knowledge in identifying faults with data network cables.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of IT support experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of EPoS experience (preferred).
  • UK Manual Driving Licence (required).
  • Willingness to travel 100% (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
