We are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Field Support Technician with strong fault‑finding skills for hardware and software applications, and excellent client‑facing abilities. The role includes traveling across North East, North West, Central, South East.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of IT support experience (preferred).
- 1 year of EPoS experience (preferred).
- Experience in installing, integrating, and testing EPoS hardware and software (ideal but not essential).
- Background in IT technical support, electronic equipment installation, telecoms or broadband engineering, or a similar environment.
- Technical mindset with logical, methodical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience or knowledge in identifying faults with data‑network cables.
- Willingness to travel 100% to client sites.
- Full UK manual driving licence required.
