JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Promoting the company’s services and solutions through online channels and direct communication with prospective clients;
  • Identifying and contacting companies that may benefit from NGBSS services;
  • Presenting the company’s IT services portfolio in a professional manner, tailored to each client’s business needs;
  • Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Developing and managing relationships with prospective clients and business partners;
  • Analysing competitors, market trends and potential areas for business growth;
  • Handling commercial enquiries and working closely with the technical team to prepare tailored proposals;
  • Managing the sales process from the initial contact through to contract completion;
  • Maintaining accurate records of contacted clients, submitted proposals and active business opportunities;
  • Contributing to the development of the company’s commercial strategy and strengthening its market presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good understanding of the IT industry, including software, hardware and technical infrastructure services;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Professional attitude, diplomacy and a customer-focused approach;
  • Proactive mindset, persistence and strong results orientation;
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple business opportunities;
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Good command of English, both conversational and professional;
  • Availability to communicate with clients from Romania and international markets;
  • Previous experience in sales, business development or IT services promotion is considered an advantage.

The collaboration initially begins on a commission-based model for each successfully completed contract. Individuals who consistently deliver results and demonstrate commitment, professionalism and the ability to develop a strong client portfolio may be offered the opportunity to join the NGBSS team on a permanent basis. A permanent employment package may include:
