Coinford is seeking an experienced Tarmac Roller Operative to join our team on a busy project in the Kent Region (Gravesend).
You will operate ride-on rollers to compact asphalt safely and deliver a high-quality finish in line with project specs.
You will work with paver operators and foremen, perform pre-start checks, monitor surface conditions, and maintain equipment.
UK right to work required; CPCS/NPORS ticket preferred.
