We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead the development of fragrance products within a dynamic, results-driven environment. ROLE- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day running of a semi-automated laboratory environment
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact
- Proactively identify operational challenges and implement practical, effective solutions
- Lead, support, and organise team activities, ensuring high performance and ongoing development
- Monitor and report on key KPIs and overall service delivery to senior leadership
- Ensure all activities adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Plan, prioritise, and distribute incoming workload to maintain efficiency and workflow continuity
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements in efficiency, quality, and overall performance
