The Health and Safety Manager will oversee all health, safety, and environmental practices across sewer connection and drainage projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site inspections and risk assessments, developing and implementing safety procedures, and monitoring corrective actions. The role involves delivering safety training and toolbox talks, investigating incidents and near misses, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
