Somos un holding gastronómico líder que gestiona reconocidas marcas como Bembos, Chinawok, Don Belisario, Dunkin, Papa Johns y Popeyes. Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Agentes Telefónicos / Teleoperadores para nuestro Call Center en modalidad híbrida, ideal para personas que buscan un trabajo part time formal.
Funciones:
- Atención al cliente vía telefónica, siguiendo los procesos establecidos.
- Toma de pedidos de nuestras marcas.
- Brindar información sobre promociones y ofertas vigentes.
- Atención de consultas, quejas y/o reclamos.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 meses como agente telefónico o teleoperador.
- Contar con PC o laptop propia.
- Manejo de Excel básico a intermedio.
- Residir en Lince o zonas aledañas: La Victoria, Surquillo, San Luis, San Isidro, Cercado de Lima, Rímac, Jesús María, Magdalena o Pueblo Libre (exigible).
- Disponibilidad para laborar 23 horas semanales (6 días gestión de 3 horas con 50 minutos).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo, con 1 día de descanso rotativos entre lunes y jueves.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en el rango de cierre de 05:00pm a 12:30am (madrugada).
- Disponibilidad para realizar la primera semana de manera presencial.
Competencias: fluidez verbal, orientación al cliente, empatía y resolución de problemas.
Modalidad de trabajo: Primera semana presencial (inducción y capacitación). Posteriormente, 90% remoto y 10% presencial (3 días al mes).
Requisitos técnicos:
- PC propia: Disco duro 500GB, RAM 8GB (mínimo 2GB libres), Windows11 (no home).
- Internet cableado con velocidad mínima de 50Mbps.
