- Direct management responsibility for Project Managers and project delivery teams.
- Management of subcontractors, suppliers and specialist partners.
- Responsible for achieving project margin targets and operational KPIs.
- Key contributor to business planning, resource forecasting and workload management.
- Lead, develop and mentor Project Managers and project delivery teams.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects from contract award through to completion and final account settlement.
- Ensure robust project execution plans are developed and maintained.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation and programme performance.
- Ensure contractual obligations are fully understood and managed.
- Maintain accountability for project profitability and margin performance.
- Review project costs, forecasts, applications, valuations and final accounts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience delivering engineering, MEICA or infrastructure projects.
