Project Manager North West Permanent Competitive + Car/Car allowance + Flexible Benefits Summary Freedom\’s Networks team have a vacancy for an experienced Project Manager. The main purpose of this role is to manage multiple projects from start to finish whilst delivering our clients goals for ED2. The role reports to the Operations Manager and will cover the planning and delivery of multiple Jointing and LV/HV Cable projects within our ongoing Substation Electrical and Secondary Asset Replacement frameworks with SP Energy Networks Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Develop and maintain excellent client relationships. Manage and deliver a number of ongoing projects Ensure that safety is at the forefront of everything we do Support and develop management teams to success Ensure Client satisfaction and contract KPIs are met/exceeded. SHEQ and Safety rule compliance – Zero Harm. People management, Retention and development Ensure that financial planning and Forecasting is accurate Develop growth plans based on ED2 Ensure that all teams are working inline with our core values What we’re looking for: Minimum of 5yrs Experience within the Electrical sector of the Utility Industry Minimum of 5yrs Experience in a management role Experience with primary substation projects for SPEN or other DNO’s ONC or equivalent Qualification in Electrical Engineering – Desirable DNO relationship management experience Extensive understanding of DNO requirements and specifications NEBOSH/SMSTS Level Safety accreditation Full Driving Licence First Aid & Manual Handling – Desirable DNO Authorisations – Desirable Benefits: We\’re always evolving our benefits to ensure we\’re attracting and retaining great people.
