NG Bailey is seeking a Cost Controller to support the MEP package on a major infrastructure project, under an NEC3 Option C Target Cost subcontract.
This role ensures costs are captured in line with the SCC and forecast to protect project margin within the pain/gain mechanism.
The role is a 1-year FTC, site-based with hybrid working options.
You will code timesheets, maintain cost reports, monitor forecast to completion and support audit readiness and record keeping.
