- Prepare detailed mechanical (MEP) cost estimates and take-offs
- Support tendering and work‑winning activities
- Review drawings, specs, and tender documents
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
- Collaborate with design, commercial, and delivery teams
- Contribute to tender submissions and cost narratives
- Maintain cost databases and benchmarking data
