We’re recruiting this exciting and pivotal new Head of People Transformation role, which will be responsible for the end-to-end transformation activity across the People Team.
In this newly created role, you'll help define how the people function operates and delivers value across the business. You'll be responsible for helping to shape colleague and manager experiences, drive greater efficiency and stability, and ensure that the function is set up with the capabilities, tools and technology to deliver the strategic plan.
You'll lead on the evolution of the People operating model, championing new ways of working, harnessing new thinking and adopting new technologies to create a high performing, future proof function that enables business growth and supports a rapidly growing workforce.
Some of the key deliverables for the role include:
- Support the overall People function transformation agenda, creating a clear vision, roadmap and outcomes
- Help shape and implement a future fit People operating model that balances strategic partnering with strong and consistent service delivery
- Improve colleague and manager experience utilising technology effectively
- Drive the adoption of digital tools, data and automation to improve accuracy, insight and efficiency across People services
- Lead change management for the People function and wider business, ensuring changes are understood, embedded and sustained
- Act as a senior adviser to the Group People Director on People transformation, service delivery and operating model matters
- Support the People function SLT in the delivery of transformation and other projects
- Work in close partnership with IT, Finance and other corporate functions to align transformation activity
- Track and report on benefits, outcomes and performance measures linked to the transformation programme
- Creation of a clear People transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Increased use of data and insight to support decision making
What we're looking for:
- Previous senior level experience in People transformation, HR transformation
- Ideally with a generalist HR background
- Proven track record of leading large scale change programmes in complex organisations and comfortable working through ambiguity and change
- Strong understanding of different People operating models and service delivery approaches
- Experience of HR systems, digital tools or process automation
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost, quality and colleague experience
- Comfortable working with data, metrics and performance measures
- Clear and pragmatic thinker with a strong delivery focus
