- Building positive working relationships with the University team, colleagues and service partners while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working safely at all times, following risk assessments, method statements and NG Bailey Health & Safety procedures.
- Supporting subcontractors where required and contributing to the smooth delivery of building maintenance across the wider team.
- Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Electrical Technician who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering a first-class maintenance service. You'll be comfortable working independently as well as being part of a collaborative team in a brand-new environment.

- Experience carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance within commercial buildings or building services environments.
- Experience fault-finding, repairing and maintaining electrical systems including lighting, power distribution and associated building services equipment.
