NG Bailey is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on projects across our SW region (Bristol/Plymouth/Exeter). This is a permanent position.
You will manage contract terms, risk and opportunities, prepare and recover payments, and oversee sub-contract accounts to final settlement, while ensuring compliance with NEC3/4 and JCT, and maintaining comprehensive project records.
