You will have direct impact to the operations of this large venue during both operational hours and during major events. We are looking for someone who looks to mentor, nurture and develop their team ensuring the pride in their work shows.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in driving improvement and truly believes in best-in-class facilities management.\\n\\nSome of the key deliverables in this role will include:\\n\\n * Lead the team in provision of excellent service delivery by monitoring service performance, taking corrective action\\n\\n * Leading a number of Events as Event manager for NGB throughout the annual stadium event calendar\\n\\n * Lead the delivery of compliance’ Compliance Policy and statutory requirements across the business unit in accordance with NGB requirements.\\n\\n * Manage delivery of both day to day operations as well small works. Supporting during Client events\\n\\n * Recruitment and performance of the team to ensure our values are maintained\\n\\n * Co-ordinate the implementation of standard operational processes across the business unit\\n\\n * 5 direct reports including Technical Service Manager, Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Supervisory Team\\n\\nWhat we’re looking for:\\n\\nThis is a leadership role on a key client site so we are looking for someone who is going to share their passion and enthusiasm for M&E.\\n\\n * Someone with a true understanding of Maintenance & Engineering and Building Fabric\\n\\n * This role will require someone who is analytical and able to problem solve\\n\\n * Someone who is a good communicator\\n\\n * Someone who is able to build strong relationships with customers is key\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\nWe're always evolving our benefits to ensure we're attracting and retaining great people.
