Provide leadership, mentoring and development to operational teams, driving high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders. Oversee planning and resource allocation including labour, plant and materials. Develop and implement best practice processes and operational procedures. Utilise modern technology and systems to improve efficiency and performance. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing HV and LV electrical operations within utilities, construction or industrial environments.
- Strong commercial awareness including estimation and bid preparation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and electrical standards.
- Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, Degree or equivalent).
- Desirable: AP or SAP authorisation for HV/LV systems.
- Experience working with modern digital tools and operational systems.
- Experience delivering projects within regulated environments or for major utility clients.
