Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
- Carry out construction, maintenance and replacement of overhead electrical networks up to 33kV.
- Erect poles, replace transformers and undertake a range of overhead line activities.
- Work safely at all times in line with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
- Participate in risk assessments and monitor works to identify and report any changes.
- Ensure all work is delivered efficiently and to high quality standards.
- Follow all method statements, risk assessments and safety instructions.
- Maintain site safety and report any SHEQ concerns.
- Mentor and support other team members on site.
- Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order.

Essential
- Experience working as an Overhead Linesperson.
- Experience working on dead networks and live LV systems.
- NRSWA Operative accreditation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional and courteous approach when interacting with the public.
Desirable
- IPAF accreditation (training can be provided).
- Driving licence with C1+E category.
- City & Guilds 2339 (formerly 2322).
- NPTC Chainsaw qualification.
