The role is days only, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30, with no on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities include PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems; fault finding on LV electrical systems; compliance with BS7671 and SFG20; documentation and safety procedures; supervising subcontractors and continuous improvement.
