NG Bailey Facilities Services are recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a market-leading team looking after five commercial buildings in Manchester city centre. The role is Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, with no on-call duties, and offers a salary up to £46k (DOE) plus overtime and benefits.
You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and HVAC systems, maintain plant rooms to high standards, ensure work follows method statements and risk assessments.
