This role sits within the Estimating team and focuses on delivering accurate and competitive mechanical (MEP) cost estimates across projects in London and the South, over a broad variety of sectors such as infrastructure, commercial, healthcare, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed mechanical (MEP) cost estimates and take-offs
  • Support tendering and work-winning activities
  • Review drawings, specs, and tender documents
  • Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
  • Collaborate with design, commercial, and delivery teams
  • Contribute to tender submissions and cost narratives
  • Maintain cost databases and benchmarking data
  • Support pre-construction and project handover phases
