We are seeking a Construction Manager to join a major life sciences project in Canary Wharf. This is a site-based role focused on driving quality across mechanical installations, from inspection through to commissioning and handover.
Key Deliverables
- Managing quality assurance and quality control activities across MEP installations.
- Carrying out site inspections and ensuring works meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinating QA/QC processes, commissioning activities and project handovers.
- Working with subcontractors and delivery teams to resolve issues and drive high-quality outcomes.
- Supporting a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across the project.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing mechanical installations on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC, inspections and handover processes.
- Ability to identify issues and drive solutions on site.
