We are currently working with a busy law practice in Harrogate who are looking for an immediately available administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage files and correspondence in LEAP, SharePoint and Outlook
- Prepare, organise and proofread documents, including court bundles
- Support client onboarding, billing, WIP reporting and payment follow-ups
- Arrange barristers, meetings, travel and events
- Handle calls, emails, reception duties and meeting room setup
- Manage post, archiving and general office administration
- Prioritise workload, meet deadlines and support colleagues
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm policies
