A financial services business in Harrogate is recruiting for an administrator to join their on-boarding team. You will be responsible for the on-boarding of their new clients. Once you are up and running with the processes, you will be allocated your own new advisers so you would be the main contact for their on-boarding and for you to be able to see each project through from start to finish.

Job Details:
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £28,000-£30,000

Duties:

  • Processing the new clients\’ packs, which includes signed client agreements, fact finds and Letters of Authority.
  • Creating the new client profiles on the back-office system, including the policies.
  • Sending off the letters of authority to the platforms/providers and chasing these to ensure the plans are transferred to the new agency.
  • Updating the back-office system with the plan information.
  • Ensuring all agreed on-going fees are set up and paid.
  • Setting up the platform/provider agencies for the new adviser.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience of working as an IFA Administrator.
  • IT literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
