Overview
We are working with a highly successful business based on the outskirts of Richmond, North Yorkshire, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide high‑level administrative and business support to the company’s directors. This role goes beyond traditional PA duties, offering the chance to be actively involved in strategic projects, manage complex schedules, and act as a key liaison across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive calendar and diary management for two company directors
- Deliver day‑to‑day administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence
- Draft reports, letters, memos, and internal communications
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and board‑level stakeholders with professionalism
- Greet visitors and oversee executive‑level hospitality
- Coordinate and oversee business projects and initiatives
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action points
- Support project management and training activities
- Maintain well‑organised filing systems and accurate records
- Manage executive inboxes and draft responses where appropriate
- Assist with events and public appearances
- Produce reminders, timelines, and project updates
