We are working with a highly successful business based on the outskirts of Richmond, North Yorkshire, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide high‑level administrative and business support to the company’s directors. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive calendar and diary management for two company directors
  • Deliver day‑to‑day administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence
  • Draft reports, letters, memos, and internal communications
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and board‑level stakeholders with professionalism
  • Greet visitors and oversee executive‑level hospitality
  • Coordinate and oversee business projects and initiatives
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action points
  • Support project management and training activities
  • Maintain well‑organised filing systems and accurate records
  • Manage executive inboxes and draft responses where appropriate
  • Assist with events and public appearances
