Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong relationships with customers? My client is looking for a Commercial Executive to join their growing Commercial team and play a vital role in supporting key customer accounts and driving business growth.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for key customer accounts.
- Manage relationships across Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Commercial, and Buying teams.
- Oversee day-to-day customer operations, transactions, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to grow and improve customer accounts.
Reporting & Analysis
- Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are generated accurately and on time.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Guarantee 100% accuracy across reporting functions.
Product & Commercial Administration
- Manage Customer New Line Forms (NLF) and commercial enquiries.
- Handle product specifications and tender documentation requests.
- Provide project and administrative support on new tenders.
Team & Business Support
- Deliver ad-hoc administrative support to the Commercial team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in commercial, account management, or sales support roles desirable.
