I am working with a growing professional services practice in the Cross Hills area, situated between Skipton and Keighley. They are seeking an experienced Administration Senior Manager who can bring confidence, strong leadership and a passion for well organised office systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on people management and is keen to make a real impact within a busy practice.

Key Duties Include:

  • Leading and supporting office teams, ensuring smooth day to day operations
  • Overseeing and improving office systems and procedures
  • Creating new processes where needed and ensuring existing procedures are followed
  • Acting as the link between account managers, payroll and VAT teams and senior leadership
  • Managing competing priorities and changing deadlines
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Liaising with the management team to address issues and implement improvements
  • Supporting a positive and organised working environment

The successful candidate will have several years of experience managing teams and office systems. Experience within an accountancy practice is desirable but not essential. Experience within another professional and confidential environment, for example legal services or insurance, would also be suitable. Knowledge of accounting or tax, payroll and VAT procedures would be beneficial, along with strong organisational and people management skills.

Salary starts from £48,000. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with on site parking. Holiday allowance is 25 days each year plus statutory bank holidays.
