Reporting to the Member Engagement Manager, you\’ll be responsible for creating engaging, relevant content across multiple platforms – from email and social media to web and video – that speaks directly to our members\’ needs and interests. With member engagement at the heart of everything we do, you\’ll craft compelling stories, share timely updates on key issues, and encourage two-way conversations that make members feel heard, supported, and part of a strong community. Your content will not only inform and inspire but also highlight the real value of NFU membership and lobbying, driving deeper engagement, stronger advocacy, and lasting loyalty.
