An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Training & Compliance Supervisor to join the Lisburn & Banbridge Agency on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays. Requests for 3/4 days per week will be considered.
Please note, you will be employed by an Agent of NFU Mutual and not NFU Mutual directly.

Your Role
As a Training & Compliance Supervisor, you will ensure a suitable training framework is created to support our compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Primarily supporting the delivery of excellent customer service and adherence to FCA regulations, you will develop and maintain a robust training framework that safeguards our reputation and integrity. Working closely with the Agency Manager and wider team, you will help ensure training and compliance are consistent across the organisation. You’ll make sure regulatory guidance is accurate and usable, helping colleagues meet requirements in their day-to-day work.
Additionally, you will:
- Review staff interactions and documentation
- Monitor adherence to FCA regulations, NFU Mutual policies and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate compliance and training records
- Support induction and ongoing training for staff
- Track training completion and competency assessments
- Provide coaching and mentoring to support development
About You
To be considered as a Training & Compliance Supervisor, you will need:
- Previous experience in compliance or training, ideally within financial services
- Effective feedback and coaching skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for compliance monitoring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- At a minimum, 8 GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above, including Maths and English, ideally further or higher qualifications
