About the role:
As a Travel Claims Handler, you will deliver exceptional customer service by investigating and processing claims to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers. You will manage a range of travel-related claims, often involving overseas incidents or foreign third parties. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling claims from start to finish, ensuring all criteria are met and the process runs smoothly.
- Liaising with policyholders, agents, third-party companies, and foreign insurance providers to gather facts and assess liability.
- Providing support to customers throughout the claims process.
