Lead and evolve end to end learning services supporting large scale business change. Shape learning strategy, influence senior stakeholders and develop high performing teams. Hybrid working with 80% homeworking and 20% based at Head Office in Stratford upon Avon.
About the role: This role plays a key part in shaping how learning supports major business change. You’ll lead the end-to-end learning service for NFU Mutual’s largest transformation programme, ensuring learning solutions and learner experiences are high quality, compliant and focused on real business outcomes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, programme teams and colleagues across HR and the wider business, you’ll define learning approaches, oversee design and delivery, and ensure learning continues to evolve as needs change. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands on leadership, setting clear direction while supporting your team to deliver consistently high standards. Additionally, you will lead a team of four individuals, providing clear direction, support and guidance to ensure objectives are met and high standards of delivery are maintained.
About you: You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in complex environments, influencing at senior level and turning learning strategy into practical, impactful solutions. You’re confident leading people and programmes and have a strong understanding of change and organisational development, with the ability to apply learning and change frameworks in real world settings. You are comfortable navigating change, and motivated by improving how learning supports an organisation.

- Experience delivering end to end learning solutions in complex, multi programme or project environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
- Proven people leadership experience, including leading and developing teams through change
- Sound knowledge of learning and change frameworks (ADDIE, ADKAR) and how to apply them in practice
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery and continuous improvement
