Application Process
If your application is shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete an online assessment designed to measure your potential for success, such as your ability to learn and solve problems. Should you be successful – you’ll move on to a short telephone interview, and the final stage will be an in-person assessment centre, where you’ll participate in a variety of activities, including a group exercise, a role-specific task, and a skills-based interview. This will take place on Friday 27th February at our Head office in Stratford Upon Avon.
Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship as it does not fulfil the criteria set by the Home Office.

Entry requirements: To support your success on the scheme, we’re ideally looking for candidates with at least four GCSEs at grade 5/C or above, including English and Maths. At least 2 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification ideally in IT related subjects - but we welcome applications from individuals with alternative experiences or pathways.
