We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Real Estate Asset Manager or experienced Estates Surveyor to join the NFU Mutual Group Propertiesâ team at NFU Mutual, where youâll manage our occupied/leasehold portfolio. As a Corporate Real Estate Asset Manager, youâll play a pivotal role in managing the entire lifecycle of our property portfolio - from acquisition through to disposal. Working hybridly from our Stratford-upon-Avon Head Office, youâll work closely with internal stakeholders to assess and fulfil the Groupâs occupational space requirements, ensuring compliance with budgetary, IT, legal, and regulatory standards. Youâll recommend and implement strategies to reduce unoccupied office space, negotiate lease terms, and manage key lease events to optimise financial outcomes. Building strong relationships with internal teams and external providers, youâll ensure objectives are met and services are delivered to the highest standards. Youâll also collaborate with the Property Finance team to advise on property expenditure and support financial planning, as well as contribute to short-term projects as required.
You will be expected to work 40% - 60% of your time at our Stratford-upon-Avon offices, with the rest of your time working from home. There will also be an expectation to travel across our UK sites as required.
Youâll ideally be a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), or have extensive relevant work experience in property asset management and surveying if not. Youâll also be adept at analysing data, managing budgets, and negotiating lease terms. Your experience with property databases (such as Qube) and MS Excel will be proficient, plus youâll thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing multiple priorities with excellent time management and communication skills.

- A sound knowledge of financial budget management
- Full UK driving licence, as some UK wide travel is expected
