An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Tiverton & South Molton Agency for a Customer Service Advisor.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor within our growing team, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, contributing to the smooth running of the office and ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle enquiries, provide insurance quotations and undertake insurance transactions and general sales tasks. You will also maximise sales opportunities, cross selling to existing clients and assisting with renewal retention by using your excellent conversational skills to make the most of every call. This role is an exciting opportunity for anybody who is looking to join a well-respected branch of NFU Mutual, with the opportunity for future development within our business. Full training in a friendly and supportive environment will be provided.
About you:
- Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Possess good IT Skills (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and use your own judgement
- Have a flexible and open attitude
- Sales and customer service skills
- Be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
