About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join the ServiceNow development team within the IT Division on a 12-month FTC. As a Scrum Master, you will oversee team needs through servant leadership, facilitate all Agile ceremonies, and gain exposure to a wide range of products supporting our internal customers.
You will be responsible for the effective delivery and oversight of key products in the ServiceNow development team, providing leadership, engaging with multiple teams and business areas, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of releases while maintaining the integrity of live environments.
You will lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Daily Scrums, Refinements, Retrospectives), optimize backlog and throughput, resolve blockers, manage risks and interdependencies, and coordinate with stakeholders and project timelines.

Required qualifications include:
- Experience in stakeholder management at all levels
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Agile principles
- Experience with ServiceNow development (Essential)
Desirable qualifications include experience with ITIL methodology.
