Lead the planning and execution of high-impact in-person and virtual events that drive brand engagement and business growth. Work closely with senior stakeholders and creative partners to bring bold, memorable event experiences to life. Hybrid working with up to 80% homeworking in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Are you passionate about delivering high-impact events that build brands, drive engagement, and generate leads? Join us as a Seminar and Events Consultant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Financial Services (FS) seminar and event strategy. You’ll work closely with the FS Marketing Campaigns Manager to develop, execute, and optimise a dynamic calendar of seminars and events designed to elevate brand awareness, drive customer consideration, and create a robust pipeline for our FS business.

Your strategic planning and flawless execution will ensure that every event, whether centrally or locally managed, delivers maximum return on investment, meets high-quality and regulatory standards, and strengthens NFU Mutual's market presence. You’ll own the multichannel communications plan, ensuring pre-event promotions, event-day materials, and post-event follow-ups are impactful, consistent, and aligned with our marketing standards.

You’ll be a key influencer and relationship builder, working with Financial Services Sales Managers, Advisers, marketing, technical, and compliance teams, and the wider agency network to ensure seamless event delivery. Acting as the day-to-day contact for our agency network, you’ll support local seminars with a consultative approach, continuously seeking new ideas and opportunities. You’ll monitor performance, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations to refine future plans.

From briefing external suppliers to researching new event formats and developing test-and-learn initiatives, you’ll drive continuous improvement to ensure our events stand out, inspire, and deliver tangible results.
