With ambitious plans to grow our Mid-Corporate, SME and High Net Worth Home propositions, we are looking for a highly organised and systems-focused individual to coordinate our sales activity and performance. The Role
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead identification to placement on cover
- Ensure timely and effective engagement with prospective and existing clients
- Support sales campaigns and new business initiatives
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and gaps in cover for existing clients
- Coordinate pipeline activity across team resources
- Produce key management information and performance reporting
- Provide visibility on sales, renewals and claims performance to support business decisions
About You
- Highly organised with strong coordination and planning skills
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Confident using systems, CRMs and data to manage pipelines and reporting
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of sales processes
- Experience within insurance or financial services is desirable
- Proactive, detail-focused and comfortable working across teams
- Adaptable & solution focused
